ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2025 and currently lead a growing team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent six years as a team member, gaining valuable experience serving customers and building strong relationships. I'm originally from New Orleans, graduated from the University of New Orleans, and enjoy golfing and traveling in my free time.
Being involved in the community is important to me. I'm an active member of the Lions Club and the local Chamber of Commerce, and I enjoy building relationships with the people and businesses in the community we serve.

As an Account Associate for Tyler Johns - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

As an Account Associate for Tyler Johns - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
